Victor Newman never likes it when Jack Abbott gets too close to his family on The Young and the Restless. Spoilers for Monday, August 24, show Victor warning Jack about crossing the line with his family, while Nikki shares words of wisdom with Nick. Meanwhile, Lily forces Holden to pick a side.

On Monday's show, watch for Victor (Eric Braeden) to warn Jack (Peter Bergman) about crossing the line with his family. What's likely bothering Victor this time? Well, Jack has offered to be Nick's (Joshua Morrow) sponsor, given his past addiction issues.
Victor didn't care for Jack being there for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) when she was battling alcohol. She fell off the wagon after Claire (Hayley Erin) and Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) hooked Nikki up to a vodka IV to torture her.
Victor has a longstanding animosity towards Jack. He's never cared for the Abbott heir, whom he has pointed out has inherited his wealth from the late John Abbott (Jerry Douglas). Victor is a self-made man who is very protective of his family. He doesn't care for Jack, and he's never going to!
The Nikki of Time

Nikki is in a position to help her son, Nick, who is battling a pain pill addiction. On Tuesday's episode, watch for Nikki to share words of wisdom with Nick. If anyone knows something about beating an addiction, it's Nikki.

Recently, Nikki lamented telling Nick a white lie about her and Victor going back to Italy to finish up their second honeymoon. Perhaps, she's going to start by telling him why she fibbed to her son.
Nick is anxious to get out of rehab. He wants to be there for his family, especially with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) still on the scene. Will Nikki have the words that will get Nick on the path to recovery? Nothing would make Nikki happier than to see her son win his sobriety!

The battle between Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is on! Billy has found a document that has led him to believe that he and his Abbott siblings own Chancellor Industries. Conversely, Lily believes that the company once owned by the late Katherine (Jeanne Cooper) belongs to her. She's given Cane (Billy Flynn) the authority to run the company. They're getting along very well these days, so Cane is going to be on Lily's side.
The question is -- whose side is Holden (Nathan Owens) on? On Monday's show, watch for Lily to force Holden to pick a side. Lily and Holden discovered that they are half-siblings not that long ago. She gave him a job.
Billy, however, has told Holden that he'll make sure that he has a future if Holden sides with Billy. It sounds like Holden is going to have to choose! And if he makes the right choice, he can more easily have everything he wants in life!
