WWE stars Mike "The Miz" Mizanin and Maryse Mizanin sold their 10,000-square-foot Los Angeles home for $7.4 million after owning it for five years
The property features luxurious amenities like a home cinema, wine cellar, custom pool and a detached guest house
Fans will recognize the home from the couple's reality show, Miz & Mrs, which aired from 2018 to 2022 on the USA Network
WWE stars Mike "The Miz" Mizanin and Maryse Mizanin sold their Los Angeles home for $7.4 million, listing agent Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX confirms to PEOPLE.
“They became aware of this house from my Instagram and I sold it to them about five years ago," Cohen tells PEOPLE. "They did a sensational job on their renovations and we were able to find a perfect family that bought it and closed in five days."
Built in 2001, the 10,000-square-foot home features five bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, per the listing. The regal home's dramatic entryway touts a grand double staircase and massive chandelier. Interior photos show high ceilings and contemporary furnishings, while the kitchen features a large marble island and state-of-the-art appliances.

Other amenities include a home cinema, billiards room, a walk-in wine cellar and a six-car garage.

The home's manicured grounds are complete with a custom pool and spa, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and formal gardens. The property also boasts a detached guest/pool house with its own catering kitchen.

The Miz himself celebrated the sale in the comments of an Instagram post from Cohen, which was hilariously set to "The Time Is Now," fellow WWE star John Cena's iconic entrance song.

"Could've chosen a better song….hahaha. I can't thank you enough. No one works harder in the industry. Really appreciate you my friend," the WWE champion, 45, wrote.
"Thank you @jordancohen1 the ABSOLUTE BEST 💋 btw. The song 🎵 😂😂😂😂," Maryse, 43, added.

Fans of the couple will recognize the property from the couple's reality show Miz & Mrs, which they starred in with daughters Monroe Sky, 7, and Madison Jade, 6. The show aired on USA Network from 2018 to 2022.

While speaking to PEOPLE in 2025, The Miz teased a possible return to reality TV for the family.
“Well, I think we can't really ... We can tease it,” he said. “So maybe. Maybe you'll hear about some things. Keep your eyeballs open for a new show with the Miz and Maryse."
