The soccer star, who plays for Bayern Munich, had a strong season leading up to the tournament. In May, after Bayern finished at the top of its league, Harry shared photos of Katie (née Goodland) and their four children celebrating with him on the pitch. The moment came near the end of his second year in Germany, where the family has been based since his 2023 move from Tottenham.

Harry and Katie have been together since their school days in East London, and she has been present for every stage of his career — from his very first Premier League season to his current career in Munich.

Harry and Katie have known each other since childhood. While it is unclear when their relationship turned romantic, they attended their high school prom together, with Katie sharing a throwback photo from the affair on Instagram in 2014.

After high school, Katie attended university and graduated with a degree in sports science, per her Instagram.

"I used to laugh at you when we started going out and you’d be round mine playing penalties with my brother Tom and Seamus the dog, and you’d say you would be England captain one day," she reminisced on Instagram in 2021.

They got engaged in 2017 and married two years later

Harry proposed to Katie in the summer of 2017 while they were on holiday in the Bahamas. The couple were on the beach when Harry got down on one knee. He shared a photo of the moment on Instagram, writing, “She said YES!”

Two years later, they married on June 19, 2019. Harry announced the news with a photo of the couple on their wedding day. "Finally got to marry my Best Friend," he captioned the post.

Katie celebrated the milestone moment with her own post one month later, writing, “A month ago today, I married my soulmate, one of the best days of my life! ... Thank you for making my dreams come true; you are perfect @harrykane.”

Harry and Katie share four children

Harry and Katie are the proud parents of four young children. Their older daughter, Ivy, was born in January 2017, followed by their second daughter, Vivienne Jane, in August 2018. Their sons, Louis and Henry, were born in December 2020 and August 2023, respectively.

In 2021, Katie wrote about her experience with hypnobirthing, explaining that it's about "understanding your pregnancy and your body and teaching you the techniques for a calm and confident birth." She added that the method "took away all of the fear" and helped both her and Harry feel prepared and confident.
