Victoria Robinson and her father, J. Will Robinson, were recently spotted at Tom Sandoval's Los Angeles rental property, despite the reality TV star's restraining order against them both.
Photos of Victoria and her father at the home were taken on Friday, June 26, the same day that Will filed for his own restraining order against Sandoval, 42.
Photos also show Victoria, 33, taking an Uber to the Van Nuys Courthouse East on June 26. She exited the courthouse with what appeared to be court documents in hand shortly after.

Sandoval requested a domestic violence restraining order against Victoria — whom he'd been dating since early 2024 — on Thursday, June 25. The judge entered the restraining order the same day.
The Vanderpump Rules alum claimed that Victoria verbally and physically abused him on June 3, according to a court filing obtained by PEOPLE.
Sandoval claimed that during a night out on June 3, Victoria punched him in the face, injuring his neck and ear. He alleged that the impact of her punch “was so forceful” that it caused his vision to blur and lasting pain.
During this same incident, Sandoval further alleged that Victoria's father “lunged” at him “in his inebriated state” and punched a hole in his bedroom door.
“[Victoria] and her father continue to reside in our rental home, which I am presently paying for,” Sandoval claimed in the filing. “Meanwhile, I have been completely displaced from my home. I am bringing this request because I cannot tolerate [Victoria's] abuse any longer.”
Victoria was arrested on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence on June 3 and released on bond the same day.

Recently surfaced footage from the June 3 altercation reviewed by PEOPLE appears to show Sandoval pushing Victoria's father into a lit fire pit following a heated verbal argument.
On June 26, Victoria's father filed a request for a civil harassment restraining order against the Bravo star, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
In the filing, Will provided his account of a June 3 altercation between himself, Victoria and Sandoval. Will claimed Sandoval "overpowered" Victoria and pushed him into a "stone-lava rock" fire pit. Then, Will claimed, Sandoval went back inside the house and "began talking about himself having a gun."

Will claimed Sandoval's actions "seriously injured" him, resulting in a ruptured disc, a broken thumb and elbow, as well as a laceration on the right heel. He also alleged that Sandoval has since returned to the house, "starting trouble" and "forcing me to call the police on him again."

"This incident was the fifth time, to my knowledge, that he has become physical during a confrontation with my daughter," Will claimed. "This time I was assaulted and injured by him."
Will claimed that the restraining order is "needed to keep him away from me and my daughter's residence." It does not appear that any order has yet been entered.
Representatives for Sandoval and Victoria did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.
