It's been a big year for Sabrina Carpenter, from career highs to at-home mishaps.
Ahead of the new year, the "House Tour" singer, 26, reminisced on the past 12 months of her life with a series of Instagram Stories posts on Wednesday, Dec. 31 and revealed she accidentally set a fire in her bathroom at some point in 2025.
Many of Carpenter's IG Stories highlighted positive moments, from collaborating with Dolly Parton on the "Please Please Please" remix to singing with Paul Simon on Saturday Night Live. She also shared photos of her Vogue cover, shooting the "Manchild" video, releasing Man's Best Friend and performing all over the world on the Short n' Sweet Tour.

One post at the end of Carpenter's 2025 memories, however, featured a shot of a fire-damaged sink and what appears to be a nearby candle. "set my bathroom on fire by accident," she wrote with a white heart emoji.
It's unclear when the incident occurred, but the Grammy winner isn't the only pop star to experience an accidental house fire.
Britney Spears opened up about burning her home gym down in 2020, while Carpenter's past tourmate Taylor Swift and Gracie Abrams set fire to the "Karma" artist's N.Y.C. apartment kitchen while making their 2024 collaboration, "Us."
