Princess Diana's niece looked radiant in an elegant red gown for the 2026 British Museum Ball at The British Museum in London.
Lady Kitty Spencer, 35, was wearing a satin red Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda gown with off-the-shoulder straps and ruching across the bodice. The cousin of Prince William and Prince Harry paired it with a matching red cape that draped all the way to the floor.
She is the daughter of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer and Diana's brother, who recently released a book detailing his sister's life. He made a number of allegations against the Royal Family, with Prince William reportedly feeling "betrayed."

Kitty let the drama roll off her back Saturday, however, as she stepped out in her luxurious attire. She wore a dazzling diamond necklace with matching earrings from Chatila Jewelers, which could have cost over six figures.
Nilesh Rakholia, founder of U.K. jeweler Abelini, told Marie Claire that the necklace could have cost anywhere between £100,000 to £250,000 (approximately $133,183 to $332,957).

"A solid necklace of that width could look quite heavy, whereas here you can appreciate the pattern against her skin," he said, adding, "Assuming natural diamonds set in platinum or 18-carat white gold, I'd tentatively estimate the choker at around £100,000 to £250,000 at retail."

"With a broad choker, the earrings need careful consideration," Rakholia continued. "If they hang too low, the pieces can crowd one another around the jaw. Here, there's enough separation to appreciate both."

She resembled one of her late aunt's most iconic looks, the red Bruce Oldfield dress. That gown featured a plunging neckline and gold details along the fabric.
Diana wore the dress on multiple occasions, including at the 1989 premiere of When Harry Met Sally. In 2023, the auction house Julien's sold the dress for £458,484, which was three times more than the £160,000 estimate, according to Hello! Magazine.
Kitty is married to 67-year-old Michael Lewis, a British businessman. The couple met through mutual friends in 2018 before tying the knot in 2021, the London Evening Standard reports.
Michael has three adult children from his previous marriage, while he and Kitty have one child of their own.
