Kris Jenner shared insight on how she and her friends talk about plastic surgery amid recent online speculation about her facelift
During her appearance on the Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, Kris revealed what text message she got from Lori Loughlin about facelift comparisons
While Jenner has talked about her facelift performed by Dr. Steven Levine, Loughlin has not publicly discussed undergoing the procedure
Kris Jenner is sharing insight on how she and her inner circle talk about plastic surgery.
In an episode of her daughter Khloé Kardashian's podcast, the 70-year-old businesswoman revealed what one pal in particular texted her about the recent facelift comparisons circulating around the internet.
"I got a text from Lori Loughlin. She wrote me yesterday or last night and she didn't even say anything. She just sent me an article that said I was really furious because her facelift looks better than mine," Jenner revealed of the 61-year-old Full House alum, who has not publicly said anything about getting plastic surgery.
Khloé agreed that Loughlin looks "great," while Kris said that her friend is "beautiful on the inside too."
Kris continued, "And I'm thinking, where do people come up with this stuff? Pitting people against each other, especially women, when we should really be building each other up."
Khloé did add that her mom's friend group is "so supportive and amazing."
The first time fans started to take notice of Kris' new look was back in May 2025, when she was seen in Paris with Kim Kardashian at Lauren Sánchez Bezos' bachelorette party. Around the same time, PEOPLE confirmed that the Kardashians star had undergone a transformation by N.Y.C.-based plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine.

The reality star broke her silence on her appearance in her September 2025 cover story for Vogue Arabia. “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,” she said. “I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy."
During her sitdown with Khloé, Kris also addressed recent online rumors speculating that she was upset about her results. That includes a report made by RadarOnline that said Kris was completely dissatisfied with — or allegedly "raging" about — her expensive results "slipping" just months after she debuted her refreshed look (before Jenner's comments, PEOPLE spoke with three plastic surgeons about the term and what it could actually mean for a facelift patient).
"The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I'm really mad at I'm furious at my doctor, Steven Levine, which couldn't be further from the truth. It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him."

Praising Levine's work, Jenner added, "The goal was to do a beautiful lift and give me a refresh and do a beautiful jawline, which I achieved."
Jenner said she normally wouldn't have addressed the rumors, but felt they were "really hurting someone else," referencing Levine.
