Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband Austin Forsyth are responding to rumors that they are pregnant again.
On Wednesday, Feb. 25, the couple appeared on Joy-Anna's sister Jinger Duggar's podcast, The Jinger and Jeremy Podcast, and were asked to clear up rumors on social media that they are expecting their fourth baby together. Joy-Anna and Austin are already parents to three kids: Gideon, 8, Evelyn, 4, and Gunner, 2.
“So you guys are going through a lot. You just moved. You’ve got three children with a fourth on the way. Which we’re going to be announcing today. Is that not yet?” asks Jinger's husband, Jeremy Vuolo.
“Not yet,” says Austin as he and Joy-Anna begin shaking their heads.

“[If you go on] Instagram, that is the case,” says Joy-Anna, referring to the social media rumors.
“I feel like with AI, everybody’s having these fake pregnancy announcements. It’s kind of insane,” responds Jinger.

“So, is there a rumor going around that you are pregnant?” asks Jeremy.
“Yes,” replies Joy. “That’s so Duggar of them!” says Jinger.
When asked by Jeremy to share if the rumor is true, Joy-Anna says no and adds that she already cleared that up during a Q&A on her Instagram.
On a February 2025 episode of the podcast, Joy-Anna and Jinger spoke about how there's been "drama" surrounding giving their daughters the same nickname. Joy-Anna's daughter Evelyn goes by "Evy," which is the same nickname Jinger's daughter Evangeline uses.
"There is some drama, with the name, well, it's not really drama...but it was a funny incident with Evy when you named Evelyn...tell that story," Jeremy said to Joy-Anna.
"We've had two people in the last week like be like, 'Oh, there's two Evys!' Because especially when we get when we're together we get asked," added Joy-Anna.
"Y'all kept your Evy, her name was a secret until she was born and she was born about six months before our Evy," Jinger explained. "When she was born you sent a video to the family, and you said, ... 'First we're going to tell you the nickname name. It's Evy.'"
"When you sent that video, I'll never forget, we look at each other, like 'Oh my goodness.' " Jeremy added.
At the time, the couple, who typically keep their names quiet, called Joy-Anna and Austin to find out if it was okay that their names were the same.
"We did not care at all, but I do remember y'all calling me and I was like, 'That's so great. It's going to be confusing, but it's going to be awesome," Joy-Anna added.
