Along with Tennessee being more affordable for her family, Kramer was also drawn to the fact that it would give her kids the kind of upbringing she really wanted for them.
āBeing from Michigan ā Iām a Midwest girl through and through ā and when I was living in Los Angeles, I really struggled with the fact that one of my greatest memories as a child was running in my neighborhood, just going from friendās house to friendās house, and not coming home until the sun went down,ā she explained. āJust being outside 24/7ā was a fond memory for her, she added.
āI love being in a neighborhood and just seeing my kids on their bikes, going to their friendsā houses. It just makes me feel like home,ā she continued. āSo yeah, I love it here, and you can always go back. You can always go back to Hollywood⦠Itās a plane [ride] away.ā
The Whine Down podcast host noted that the feeling she gets when sheās in the Southern state is unlike any other, which is another reason why sheās happy to call it home.
āFor me, Tennessee has just always been a place that every time I land, my nervous system relaxes. It feels calm,ā she said.
