Bachelorette alum Katie Thurston revealed her plans for the future with fiancé Jeff Arcuri amid her battle with stage 4 breast cancer.
In a fan Q&A shared via her Instagram Story on Monday, December 29, the reality star revealed that she and Arcuri are house hunting.
"We have two frozen embryos waiting for us! When we see these houses, we see a nursery room," she teased, according to The U.S. Sun. "If all goes well with house hunting, I could see surrogacy matching happening later in the year."

Thurston was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in February and has been undergoing treatment in the months since.
When asked whether she fears dying, Thurston responded, "I’m more scared of not living while alive. Death will come when it’s going to come. So I want to enjoy my moments until then."
The 34-year-old is remaining optimistic, adding, "I predict no evidence of disease is just around the corner for me."
Thurston is scheduled for a double mastectomy with reconstruction in 2026.
